Kimpton EPIC Hotel

It is the worst hotel in Miami, three weeks ago I stayed with my family, we paid a deposit of $150 per night that was returned at the end of the stay in 2 to 3 business days. They never gave us a refund, I have already contacted staff and they don't answer, they are thieves. Avoid staying at this hotel, there are better ones in the area and they won't steal your money. Noteworthy details: THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT!

At the mouth of the Miami River just across from the history of The Miami Circle towers the Epic that is Kimpto. Get immersed into the Miami skyline while at the same time being just steps away from all the downtown action! Housekeeping is on their game. Nearby activities: Kimpton is right in the South Downtown area, with plenty of fun happenings both touristy and traditional. Walkability: Easy to Walk to Bayside Marketplace and The Kaseya Center and all the activity within that radius. Do not hesitate to stroll across the Brickell Avenue Bridge. Food & drinks: Kimpton has some very high quality onsite dining options but also is just steps away from some more touristy ones too.
