I give negative stars. June 25, 2023 I had a very large oak tree go through the entirety of one end of my house.. I still am not in my house. Too much damage that they didn't want to give me enough for the proper repairs. The whole roof, half of the rafters in the house, sheetrock, floors and now mold. They are not paying for my storage, housing reimbursement. When I put plywood over the 12 ft by approximately 6 ft hole on one end of my house. They took it out of my housing saying it was a repair

It's been 8 days since I paid the deductible for a replacement phone, which is supposed to come next day air. No one can tell me anything as to when I'll get a replacement phone. Time to open a complaint with the BBB for deceptive practices.

Was told I'd have my phone overnighted, it took a week and countless phone calls for them to even ship my phone. Customer service line acts like they can't hear when you have an issue. If you are moving warehouses then explain that to the customer up front. Don't just take someone's money and leave them clueless on what's going on. I truly had the worse experience with Assurant and will never pay a monthly fee to them ever again and feel like a fool for ever using them

Absolute joke of a company. I traded in my fully functional cell phone, yet upon arrival Assurant claims it "had no power" and claim the phone isn't worth anything.
