I had some questions about which direction I should take insuring my business and Alexander was phenomenal in providing a master class of guidance. At first and throughout my time using them, they were helpful and professional. I recently received on Jun 17th an email informing me of an upcoming renewal for my policy. In the email is stated to contact them (no exact form of contact just to contact them) in regards to any changes. I immediately replied in the email (a form of contact, the same way I was contacted) stating I would no longer need any more coverage as I was closing the business the month of June. At the beginning of July I received a renewal charge to my business account, once noticed I called them in regards to that renewal charge. I explained the situation and repeated several times that I would show them the proof of the email, as they stated they never received it. I was never contacted in regards to my email. The gentleman who was helping did not even give me the opportunity to show them proof of the email, the gentleman was not professional as he was raising his tone slightly with me as I was trying to explain to him that I would show them proof of the email. I asked for the documents needed to canceled the policy. Again not once did I get any email or phone call after my email to notify me of this document needed. They clearly said they just didn't receive anything, when I have clear proof of my email sent too them. They failed to do thier part as agents to contact me or read thier emails carefully. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau later this week as they denied the ability to refund me the charge. In the email they gave me the option to call them for any questions, I had no questions as i was stating my request in the email. It also states in fine print to reply to this sender with any concerns, as I did reply to them.
