Terrible service with mattress guarantees that are not met, and they want to make you buy a more expensive mattress and force you to pay for delivery as well, I do not recommend it, Amazon mattresses are better and are cheaper

My wife and I highly recommend MK, Kendall! The customer service was exceptional! We were prepared to deal with a pushy/high-strung salesperson like those you find in other stores and industries. Much to our very pleasant surprise, that was not the case. Juan Pablo is very professional and highly knowledgeable. His demeanor is very welcoming. We visited the store twice and even called once!
