We initially contracted Carlos as a property manager for our condo in Miami. He and his team were professional, friendly, trustworthy, and managed all aspects of renting and maintaining the property for us seamlessly - sparing us much of the hassle of dealing with a rental property from out of state. When we decided to sell the condo, Carlos handled that too. He found a buyer quickly and helped us negotiate a great deal. We can not recommend him highly enough. We will definitely work with him again and encourage all our family and friends in need of a realtor and / or property management services to do the same.
