        Horrible, I ordered the wrong vacuum pump from a different website so I sent it back and ordered one from here thinking they would be more reliable. I ordered it on a Monday and paid $20 extra for faster by Thursday and it didnt get shipped until this Tuesday (9 days) my dad had to call them over and over then they finally shipped it and they sent the wrong part. Completely wrong part number. They only care about your money. No customer service unless you want to buy a car, and they DO NOT answer their phones. 0 stars from me.

        I would give them a 0 if I could they are the worst BMW service center in the world about this place like the plague bunch of crooks and liars here they will not do their due diligence they are lazy and are not willing to help

        Thomas is the best service rep of any dealership highly recommended. Ill travel from Broward to miami just for the level of service received.
