This place is absolutely preposterous and disgusting!!! The office never responds to you and its a constant back and forth battle with them to do anything. The fumigate once a month and the roach problems doesnt go away, and its for everyone in the complex that there is a roach problem. They dont refill doggie bags, keep up with maintenance, or even guide you in the right direction. If you are considering moving here I wouldnt. This place is absurd and doesnt deserve anyones time or money!

These people are absurd and disrespectful had to argue with the so called Owner LIONEL so he can send us a proper notice. They told us they would raise the rent and they told us if we refused to sign the new lease we had until JUNE 1ST. NOW WEEKS LATER THEY ARE DENYING THEY SAID THIS AND ARE CALLING MY ROOMATE AND I LIARS IF THEY DIDNT GIVE US A DATE WE WOULDNT HAVE SPENT 7K MOVING EARLIER THAT WE ORIGINALLY PLANNED! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WE ALL KNOW IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA ONCE YOU GIVE A VERBAL NOTICE YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN WRITING AND HE REFUSED OVER AND OVER I SUFFER FROM HEART PROBLEMS AND ENDED UP AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM AFTER I ARGUED WITH LIONEL OVER AND OVER FOR A PROPER NOTICE. HE SAYS HES THE BOSS AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME THE OWNERS NUMBER EVEN THOUGH HES MENTIONED MANY TIMES BEFORE THAT HES JUST IN CHARGE OF THE LEASES. VERY CONFUSING, RUDE STAFF ALL OF THEM ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. ALSO THIS BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THEY STOPPED GIVING US AIR FILTERS FOR MONTHS THEY HAVENT REFILLED THE DOGGY BAGS AND THE COMMUNITY IS FULL OF DOG FECES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME MOVE SOMEWHERE NICE FOR THE SAME PRICE WITH ACTUAL AMENITIES BECAUSE ALL YOULL GET HERE IS LIES, DISRESPECT AND ROACHES .
