Milton is the best!!! I worked with him for two years to find a second home in the Miami area. It was a very positive experience from the search to the negotiating process. Extremely energetic and efficient in obtaining information. Accuracy in facts is what he goes by and does not settle until adequately documented. The knowledgeable person who comprehensively assesses all factors, expenses and revenue from the purchased property. He stayed after the seller to obtain receipt of the roof which was overlooked by multiple people involved in the transaction including the title company, loan processor and the inspection agents and company. He heroically sustained all this stressful moment which resulted in delaying closing because of everyone else oversight in order to ensure the purchase agreement does not fall through. On another occasion, while the title company is responsible in calculating the closing fee, he was the one to correct errors and provide calculation methods that even the title company could not do correctly. I have worked with Milton continuously since the time of the purchase as a property manager, real estate agent and even handyman. And boy! He really knows the market. Every advice he provides is accurate every time and he is extremely knowledgeable in finance. Above all, he became a reliable and friend always available over the years. He remains protective to the clients he acquires and properties he manages at all times.

From our very first phone call, I knew that Milton was going to be my realtor. I can't say enough good things about him. First off, Milton is so knowledgeable of the south Florida area. He taught me so much about the individual neighborhoods and helped me to fine tune my house hunt. Milton is also very well-connected and was able to get us pre-approval, financing, insurance, and a title company seamlessly. Everyone who knows and works with Milton can attest to his excellent reputation. Honestly, I can't imagine having done my house hunt with anyone else.
