Be aware of this business and the people who works here. Specially Daniel Nault, the most unethical person I met doing business in the US. He has a long history about scamming and cheating people, my advise is to have your lawyer besides you if you need to get on business with him or his company. Don't trust he will deliver paperwork signed "later" and make sure everything agreed with him is on writing, his word never will be good

Fraudulent company who has stolen my money through VRBO. They dont answer the phone and VRBO doesnt answer the phone either. It is 36 hours after I contacted them. They have not reached out to myself or responded to VRBO. It is 6pm on a Monday. What company ignores a customer who stated that their booking was accidental. No effort has been made to call me the entire day- and VRBO cannot get hold of the either- VRbO has been trying to contact them the entire day as well (Monday). You claim your company only works from Monday to Friday so why did 3 different people text (from Daniel and from Felipe) and email my about confirming the right after I accidentally booked- on a Sunday! And went silent when I requested cancellation! All of their short term rental booking state that it is By Edgewater One, so I dont know why they are pretending that it is a seperate division. All part of the fraud. You have been reported to the better business bureau as you still wont return my money or even give me a call. But you sure had time to respond to a google review. Dont ever book anything from these people.
