Nick Robinson, the founder of RGL Real Estate, was the listing agent for my apartment in summer 2021. Although I already had a good set of pictures, he sent a professional photographer who took amazing HDR pictures and created an interactive walk-through, as well as a videographer who produced a nice video presentation. With these materials, Nick was able to sell my apartment to an excellent cash buyer within just a few weeks, much faster and for a better price than recent other sales in the building. In parallel to this, Nick helped me to buy a new apartment. He showed me a variety of apartments I had found on the internet, but in the end, Nick's connections enabled me to buy an unlisted apartment that had caught my eye on a real estate website a few years earlier. Without Nick, I wouldn't have been able to buy this specific unit. In addition, Nick recommended a small mortgage agency that helped me to negotiate good loan conditions at a time when the interest rates had started to go up. In summary, this was a perfect home selling and buying experience, and I would use Nick Robinson as real estate agent again and recommend him and his real estate company to all of my friends in the Miami area.

Nick is the absolute best! He makes sure you are kept well informed and that nothing is missed. My husband and I felt entirely taken care of and that he was looking out for our best interests. You won't find a nicer, more friendly realtor out there. Super communicative, and well informed, you won't go wrong with Nick as the one helping you buy a home.
