I can't recommend Crystal highly enough! Relocating to Miami, Crystal presented my options, did walk through videos, and gave me her perspective on the different areas to live, she was extremely responsive to all my inquiries, and secured an apartment for me, in two weeks, start to finish. Prior to my arrival Crystal sent me all the necessary utility/cable/internet links to help me get ahead of the process. When I arrived in Miami, Crystal greeted me at the apartment for a walk through, thorough inspection, and noted any deficiencies that I surely would have overlooked. She followed up with a checklist of things I needed to take care of, and has been available for any questions I've had since, absolute top rating!
