        The service I received today in this subway is unacceptable. Salad was nothing near what I wanted. Portions are not good. The lady that attended me was rude and with a lack of courtesy. I'm not coming back to this place. Period.

        The classic sandwich of choice. Little kindness and desire to explain. The atmosphere is simply acceptable. Poor cleaning

        They overcharge every time and claim their system doesnt let them charge the right amount. They claim they cant use the simple menu, so they select a ready made sandwich with a higher price than what you actually order. Adds 15% to the price.

        Two horrible experiences in a row. This place needs to be closed. On my first visit, they said they couldn't accept the coupon that I had because the machine that scans the coupons was broken. The manager got defensive as if this were my fault. I hesitantly accepted and paid full price anyways. After about 2 months on February 22nd, I decided to give it another try (THIS TIME without coupons) and upon check out they said that the Tuna Sandwich (FOOTLONG only, not the meal) went from $9.99 to almost $15.00. I asked the manager why prices on the menu haven't been updated and she decided to start yelling, saying she couldn't do anything because it was a system thing. She simply took the sandwich from my hand, threw it in the trash bin and started to be verbally aggressive towards me. I feel like the machine being broken is a lie and they try to charge customers more. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SUBWAY, CLOSE THIS LOCATION SINCE IT'S NOT DOING ANY GOOD FOR YOUR BRAND!
