Everyone should learn the told free DCF number for help with child and senior abuse. 1800 96 ABUSE. These are State investigators who will respond to allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation reported to the 800 line which is open 7/24. No matter where these incidents occur you can call them. If a child or a senior is the target of any of the above mentioned you can call and they will not reveal your identity. Whether in a private facility or a private residence the State will respond. Keep in mind that if you encounter an emergency you must dial 911 and the Police will respond rapidly in matters like this. If they feel it's necessary the State will be contact by them. Don't be afraid to do so. Your call can save lives.
