A very unpleasant experienceSo unethical service! I found her online (google), and called her to set up an appointment. During the call nor during the meeting she NEVER mentioned any consultation fee until the end of the meeting when she charged me $200 for her "analysis", no forms nor applications were filled out, just a conversation about my case and the possibility of bringing the bookkeepings work of my 4 companies to her, but after experiencing the way she acts Im not doing any business with her at all. If she hides her "consultation fee", I'm sure that to work with her will be a complete nightmare not knowing if there will be a bunch of other hidden extra fees!!!

So I was fortunate to make a substantial profit on my Crypto Currency investments in 2021. I did not feel so fortunate, however, when I realized how complicated the tax reporting would be. It was the last big thing holding me back from filing my return. I remembered Madelyn talking about crypto at one point, so I reached out and said "Help Me Madelyn!" She was awesome. She walked my wife and me through the process of what we had to do, and how we could do it on our own. It became obvious, however, that it was going to be much easier to have her do it for us. She showed us exactly what reports we needed, was in regular communication with us, and got us the reports and forms we needed to just forward to our CPA, all for an extremely reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service and experience. It was so awesome to be able to stay focused on what I was doing in my business and know that all those details were being handled by a solid professional.
