Hello Adrain, Thanks for the message. I just mentioned this in another message to another 1 star review and I'll repeat it here. When the sales team sees calls on the calendar and they cannot help the person (based on their questions), they send an email with a recommendation and then cancel the call. Also usually the wait time for a call is a couple days, I'm not sure why you had to wait a month but that is a little concerning for me. Can you check your spam folder to see if you got any emails from us?We do this because sometimes people schedule calls with questions we cannot answer or don't have the answers to and in those instances in the past the prospects have been mad we took the call in the first place because we were wasting their time. Now we cancel the calls and are having the opposite problem. We are working on addressing these more timely but have fortunately been very busy with current interest to work with us. I'll check what emails you sent and will respond to them personally. Maybe I can answer your questions. As I mentioned this is a very busy time for us and we are super focused on our existing and current clients. I'd love a chance to make this up to you and will look for your email now. Can you check your spam folder to see if you got an email from him? We do this because many people schedule the free calls and sometimes we cannot help them, and then the prospects get mad we are wasting their time. So we started cancelling the calls when we cannot help people and sending emails to explain why. We are working to respond to these in a more timely manner. And as a result of this we have the inverse problem which is what we are experiencing now. People are unhappy their calls got cancelled. I'll check to see what messages you sent so I can respond to them. I have people answering the phones and responding to messages so I'm not sure where you called or sent the messages. Fortunately there are very many people reaching out at the moment. We are doing our best to reply to everyone. As you can see in my response to this message, we are here responding to messages but we are prioritizing the needs and assistance to our current and existing clients.
