        Today I visited this H&R Block office to file my tax. One lady came and started asking for documents but did not say a word about the charges. She asked for my documents and after spending some times she charged me $380. I refused to file my tax there as the charge was too high. Then she charged me $100 for her time. This is so unprofessional and I felt so betrayed. They could have given me the estimation within one minute just by looking at my documents. At least could have mentioned an approximate cost. Later, I contacted the manager and he gave my money back.
