multiple company phone numbers not working. I have 2 clients that have not been able to contact them for months after a shady tax preparer who was only there part time started but did not finish their return and passed it to a co-worker who told them the return was filed but never sent a copy. Fast forward a year later here we are no where to get this return from and not a phone number in sight that works.

I just started using this service last year. I decided to go get an estimate since they were giving out free family vacations to new customers. The atmosphere in the office was great, the tax preparer that helped me was very nice. I didnt file right away because I wanted to get a few more estimates first. I ended up going back to this office to file because their estimate was much better. I got my return straight to my account. That really helped me given that I just had a daughter and 2020 was a crazy year. I will be definitely doing my taxes with them again this year and already told my family and friends to do the same

I did my taxes here and received an audit. I was told that they would help me resolve this because they didnt have information from the IRS that they couldnt do that to taxes this year and now I owe money? I am not sure if they were ever able to contact the IRS like they said they would but now I owe money and my life is basically ruined.
