        I have been doing my taxes with Miguel for several years. He is professional and very knowledgeable about taxes but the office is very disorganized! This is a small office and is always packed with people waiting to be seen. There are few things to consider if after reading this you might want to do your taxes with this office. -Appointment is required but is useless, basically is first come, first served. -Staff over schedules several people at the same time. -Time slots are too short for everyone. -You will be waiting 2 - 3 hours from your appointment time. -This office is very disorganized, they do not have any method for handling your case. -Staff has no empathy and compassion for you. -Difficult to find parking. The parking lot is always full. -Fees are not standardized for everyone! I was charged $160. for simple 1040-SR Tax Return for Seniors two weeks ago. My husband did his 1040-SR Tax Return for Seniors a week later and was charged $50. WHY?!!!! THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE ARE ELDERLY WAITING 2 - 3 HRS FROM SCHEDULED TIME TO BE SEEN!! THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE!! HAVE SOME EMPATHY, COMPASSION AND CONSIDERATION!! THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS! THIS PLACE OVER SCHEDULES PEOPLE AND THE WAITING IS RIDICULOUS!!! MY TIME IS VERY VALUABLE AND I DONT APPRECIATE THE LONG WAIT TO BE SEEN!! I WONT BE BACK!!! FOLKS BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED RIGHT!! 033024

        If I could give this place less than a star, I would.  It was our first time coming to this Accounting office and certainly our last!   OMG....  super rude staff, very disorganized and unprofessional.   After waiting for about an hour and a half for the Accountant Mr. Turbay, we found out he had gone out to Lunch with the Lobby full of people.  OMG!So we just saw this other lady that was filling out the Tax Returns--not even a CPA.   My God, what a nightmare of a place!   Do not go to this place...  Run the other way!
