Previous Tire Choice in South Beach did not align my car as requested and advise my shocks need replacement. I had new shocks replaced, 2 weeks prior by a mechanic friend. Alton road in South Beach.. avoid these scammers. This Tire Choice on Byscane did an excellent job on alignment. The Mecanics on Byscane shop are a big thumps up

Worst service ever. We waited one month for our vehicle to be repaired. They ordered the wrong parts many time. The problem was an electrical repair which the manager recognized after 4 weeks he doesnt have the right person to this kind of repair. At the end the Manager Ramon decided to give me a refund because I paid the repair in advance because they told me I have to pay before the repair was done. After two months I have not received my refund about a thousand dollars. The manager say the refunds was in process after 4 weeks I checked back about the refund in the customer service phone and I discovered the refund was never issued by this Manager Ray o Ramon and still waiting . Last but not least our car was not repaired. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Dont even think about going to this place.
