Prestige Auto Towing

I came to work Saturday on my Harley and when i finished work but didnt want to crank up. I had no other choice than to call Aaa and they sent this company. I was concerned on the type of trailer they would use but gladly they sent a flatbed and with a driver that knows how to tie it down. I dove with driver on truck and for it delivered to the shop to be repaired. They did a good job by me and i will recommend.

All bad with the company. The person who pick up the phone Always with bad actitud and dont give real solutions. I asked yesterday to the time they close. They told me 6pm I came 5:02pm it was close and they told me that schedule is old and they close 5 to 7 Whats wrong with you?? Give real information. U just do that to can charge more.

Worst service humanly possible. Called me & said they were arriving in 20 mins showed up 1.5hrs later then proceeded to load my truck I walked off for 5 mins came back to the tow truck gone and my truck in a completely different spot from where they originally picked it up. I called to see what happened and the disgustingly rude lady on the phone began screaming and cursing me out. Highly suggest going else where. I contacted Milo Towing and they came quick and handled the job professionally and were easy to deal with

I paid 72.50 to release my vehicle but i was forced to make another zelle payment from another account since the first payment went through a 3 day hold and they couldnt release it unless the zelle payment went through. They never returned the other 72.50 that i over paid and they kept it like crooksafter multiple attmeots to get them to return the the amount overpaid. If they need the money that badly they can have it. Setting up a small claims case isnt even worth my time *****Beware*****
