My wife and I booked a trip to Punta Cana with SD Travel. It was a terrific experience end to end. Eglys and her team were on top of everything. Three things stood out: 1) They made it easy by clearly presenting various options for us to pick from up front; 2) the summary documents, details and instructions were sent to us well in advance which clearly laid out our trip plans; 3) while in The Dominican Republic Eglys stayed in touch with us checking in from time to time to see if everything was okay. We had some difficulty reaching our driver to confirm the hotel to airport ground transportation. I simply texted Eglys and in minutes she took care of it. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent costumer service. Eglys helped us find a vacation place, helped us pick the right package for us, and everything was organized. She coordinated tours, entertainment, and different attractions. Eglys made sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend her. We had a great time.
