Simply wonderful Travel Agency! It is always a pleasure to work with Shy at Odyssean Travel. He gave us great options and was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. Our trip to the Galapagos included a pre-stay and a cruise. With the Equador government mandates for the Galapagos islands and the Covid-related complications, it was great to have Shy walk us thru all the specific steps and details we needed to have complete before and during the trip. We were completely supported during the planning and throughout our entire trip. Thank you Shy! Now onto our next adventure. Looking forward to working with Odyssean Travel again!

Dealing with Odyssean has been a terrific experience. Although due to Covid our trip had been suspended twice, Shylar has been working diligently to rebook and answering all out questions, which you can imagine are many. He is very professional, attentive and prompt with our inquiries. He also goes above and beyond by supplying us with added sights that we might be interested in on the trip. He had also helped with travel insurance and what can be expected with cancellation due to Covid. He is very proactive and doesn't just respond to situation but addresses them before we know what to ask. I would definitely recommend using Odyssean for your future travels.
