      • UPSET Customer

        Shop has a huge lack of Management. Call to take truck for oil change was advised by front desk that filters for my vehicle were on back order. Went to dealer picked up filters then went back to LUBES now they are telling that they cannot perform oil change because I'm not allowed to bring my own filters. Makes no sense, not my fault the shop has them on back order. Plus was never advised that we could not bring our own filters. Bays were empty and employees just sitting around. So its better to turn away a customer that needs oil and labor? Cause the shop has filters on back order. Will never go again. Lost a customer. Ask to speak to Manager/ Owner everyone clueless . Never again. Service: Oil change
