Horrible experience so far. 3rd scheduled day waiting for them to pick up a piece of furniture and starting to realize they may never show up. There is always an excuse when I call them, driver had an emergency, couldn't make it anymore because it was late, blah, blah, blah. Unprofessional and unreliable! I'm still waiting and will update once they do their job, if they ever!!

The most unorganized, unprofessional and inept courier I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This carrier was selected by Nordic Track to deliver fitness equipment to my home. The account manager, Chad, and Operations Manager, Debbie, have absolutely no idea what is going on with their drivers or their deliveries. After 4 scheduled deliveries, I am still left without the equipment I paid for. They claim that their drivers dont answer their calls or texts, so there is never any way to know whether they will or wont deliver the items on their trucks. Terrible customer service, horribly mismanaged company. If you have a choice to use a different company- do it! -10000000 stars

One of the wrost custiomer service a ever deal with. Even the lady just cut the phone call with me. I do not recomend use this company for anything at all. The professionalism level is cero.
