    Please be very aware of contract when signing to them. Beware, to each it's own. But my experience after a few months was not good. Not saying it'll be like this with everyone but mines was not good and they know what I'm talking about. I appreciate the little business we did do, but be aware of everything. Thanks

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! They demand an up front payment for service which is odd but moving past that . I made the payment. Decided not to use them . (No set up packages or loads were booked. Let me be very clear I wasnt even sent load options ) and now they dont want to refund my money. ($245) Diego the dispatcher started ignoring my calls the moment I mentioned refund. Nobody from billing called . Nobody mention non refundable. Very shady people stay away !!!

Christopher Rosario from Medina In Business Incorporated. Although we disagree with your opinion, and are very disappointed on you, we respected. But you forgot to mentioned several facts: 1- your truck is a power only (no trailer) with a team driver; 2 - your drivers always lied about their ETA, and were always running behind on schedule, therefore, reducing the number of weekly loads available for your truck; 3 - your decision of of staying in the southeast of the United States, further restricted us from providing you with options. Therefore, you and your unreliable drivers, constantly tied our hands behind our back. Although we don't do miracles, we wish you the best of luck, because you're going to need it.

Zaki, just like a coin, there is always 2 sides to a story, and here is ours. On Monday 10/03/22, you submitted your documents and payment, to use our dispatch services. Unfortunately, your truck was coming out from home, Tampa, FL. which is one of the worst spot for dry van loads. Although, your assigned dispatcher offer you the best available options for you to choose from, you denied all of them. He recommended you to pick up a load in GA, something that refused to do, until late afternoon that day. The next morning, when your dispatcher called you to get your location in GA, you told him that you decided to stay home, and that you will be coming out the following week instead. Today, Monday 10/10/22, when your dispatcher called you to get a status on your truck, you responded via text message that you decided not to use our services and will like to cancel. It is not our fault, you constantly change your mind as what you're going to do. In addition, there is not secret that we do charge our services upfront, due delinquent truckers that don't like to pay after the services. Good luck to you.
