My shipment arrived on time and was well protected from any possible damages. The staff seemed nice even though I had little interaction with them. I would use them again.

Driver was very angry once arrive, and also didn't want to load the truck, looks like he really don't want to work, he spend over one hour discussing with the company for not working, and they he left without doing the pick up. So was just a waste of money and having our shipment delayed, for on the next day to send a different driver who wants to work. Disappointed

I received two calls, the day before to see if i was available for next day delivery (i had to call back because i could not answer their call), and 1 hour before the delivery, all seamless. The driver (Evaldo) went above and beyond with the delivery of my treadmill! When the large truck he was driving couldn't fit through the gates of my community, he promptly reached out to me. With remarkable initiative and preparedness, he had the necessary tools on hand to assist in transporting the treadmill. Together, we carried it over three blocks to my house. Without his proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile, this delivery would have been an impossible task. His exceptional service truly made a difference!
