Was happy with the first pump I ordered but it did break down just after the warranty ended I was able to make the deal to get a replacement at half price but it's not near as powerful as the first one!

I purchased a grinder pump online; it stopped working within 6 months. My emails and phone calls have gone unreturned, so the 2-year warranty is...worthless?

Ordered & arrived fast. Well pump started to work again so I still haven't installed. Installed pump is starting to lose pressure. Can water trees & fill cistern but doesn't seem to pump past about 45 to 46 psi when I switch to pressure tanks even though it's set to go off at 55psi. When it quits, I'll install new pump. May install new pump soon anyway. Will update review then.

Bryan has been more than just a great help. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is always willing to help contemplate issue to help with the customers overall issues. I would highly recommend over and over.

I have bought 4 or 5 pumps deep well and others I use them in Costa Rica the advice and support is Excellent I highly recommend them
