Staff is polite but you have to chase them all time. They almost never come back on any inquiry without one or more reminders.

Ive used this insurance broker in my capacity as a director of a condominium board. The initial contact was great, we got a sufficient coverage for a fair price. Later this year I reached out to my representative via email and phone and didnt hear back in weeks. The customer service hotline from the e-blast didnt want to connect me to an agent but suggested a call back - after doing more research of the actual number of their office I learned that our representative had left the company months ago. I wasnt notified and emails werent answered. Poor service. We switched to a smaller, more boutique insurance broker.

Working with Stephanie has been an absolute nightmare. This company will tell you all the things you want to hear and once they have your business you can't get a hold of them. Save yourself the trouble and get your insurance elsewhere.
