See was super helpful and kind from the moment I got on the wait list one year and three months ago. When she called to tell me it was time to move in she helped make the process very quick and easy. She kept me well up to date the whole year and three months. The apartment was in immaculate shape and Im very pleased with everything!

Nice place to live but they keep raising the rent and now we have to pay for water. A lot of racoons if you are in the back. They get into your trash and make a mess and they haven't done anything about it. Scary to be walking your children and a raccoon jumps out in you.

I applied over 2 years ago and finally came up on the list only to find out the 3rd party screening company came back and said not approved . I was greeted with an email just saying we're sorry your application is not approved no phone call. When I called the property the leasing agent had no ideal " his words" what caused this and he swore he challenged it and the 3rd party company said no still not approved. I ask well what would be a reason for not being approved and again I was told by the leasing agent he had no clue they reply on the 3rd party. That I should call them. So I did and found out they are nothing more then a call center located outside the US. They also could not tell me a reason but told me no one from the property challenged the decision. I ask for a copy of the report was told I had to put a request in writing. So I did that but I also called the property back and said this company states you never challenged this. The leasing agent swore this company was lying. I ask to speak to someone else just to understand what caused the non approval. The leasing agent said someone would call me back and that was about 2 weeks ago. I the mean time I got the report and the only thing on it was a 20 year old felony theft charge that I self reported on the application. Nothing else. So I guess you need to have a clean life time background to rent here.
