If their lips are moving they are lying. Disregarded estimate and work to be completed. One weak turned into two and a half. Stall tactics ensued. Law enforcement called in. So-called manager, Brandon made a very serious accusation and with zero identification , and changed story three times while standing there. if this was a true statement wouldn't the corporation or representative or even the owner show up in person. even law enforcement could tell it was a false statement. When we finally was able to pick up car we were advised by law enforcement to go with an officer escort. they gave us a time to pick up and they were still working on it for one more hour as we waited in the lobby. Foam under hood missing. louver on back not attached. hood scoop not attached. Which is why we brought it there to begin with. Rear fender damaged not aligned did not have authority to work on bumper. Manager said they did not touch bumper obviously a lie. And to top it all off the odometer reading had 70 more miles from drop off. Then owner via phone, had audacity to say we need to come back . Poor management. Playing blame game. Poor workmanship. Bubbles in paint and peeling. Poor communication. Deceptive business practices.

Hello everyone. I want to take this time to warn you guys to not go here. Every word said by the so called manager is a lie. -Estimate day: I go in to see how much it will cost to paint my red 2000 Toyota celica that I have already started body work on. They informed me if I do the body work myself that doesnt matter and I will still be charge full body work price. Since they claim that they want the work to be perfect. (Just to let you know Ive never done body work in my life and still looked 100x better than what they did for me.) okay so I go and look at colors possibly wanting to change to black. I was told no, he told me if I wanted to change colors they HAVE to do my interior door panels etc because they want it seamless which is just a scam. So I went with the cheaper option of red with so called red glass. (And extra $500 I will add) so now my estimate is about $2600 or something right. Now hear this I needed slight fixes in my fiberglass (keep this in mind for what I talk about later) I also had separate pieces which I was charged extra for :) another way to take my money. I ALSO LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY!!! Which also keep that in mind for later. -Fast forward a couple days: I come in with my car with all my pieces off of it to make there life easier. Now we get into the actual price, $3,166 crazy huh for a 2 door sports car that ended up not looking the best after this paint job. I was also told the red paint was 50% off thats was certainly a lie. So I leave my car there and the job is estimation to take about 2 weeks. -1 week in: I call to see the progress. My car hasnt even been touched. Brandon the manager says they will start soon. LIES. So I hang up. -2 weeks in: I call. Brandon answers. My car is still not touched :) at this point Im freaking out this is my car my only car! I hang up. I check there online reviews and they painted this suv in front of me instead while I see my car sitting In the back untouched. -3 weeks later: I call and they have finally started. They offer to send me photos of the process and I agree. My first photo they were sanding it down but get this my fn front window is open with paint and stuff flying in as they sand. :D Around 3 and a half weeks in: My car is all sanded. I see waves from some spots they sanded and I still have chip holes WHICH SHOULD BE FIXED WITH SIMPLE BONDO THATS WHY I PAY FOR BODY WORK. I DO NOT WANT YOU GUYS TO SAY I DIDNT PAY FOR IT THAT IS UR JOB AND ITS SO SIMPLE. Anyways. They tell me my red glass was never ordered and now its coming in. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IT TOOK OVER A MINTH FOR EM TO FIGUE THAT OUT. -Next photos I get sent: I see holes in my sideskirts that I payed to get fixed( PAYED!! ) I ask Brandon what is that. He lies to me and says that its just dirt. LIKE WHAT DIRT IN YOUR PAINTBOOTH? also just wanna let yall know Brandon memorized my number so when I would call he wouldnt pick up so I had to change my name to unknown so he would answer -At this point Im crying because this is all my savings going into this IN CASH TOO! -Fast forward a day or so: My car has clearly been rushed. Brandon tells me its ready for pick up. My bf and I drive 2 hours there. My car is not done. I take a look at it and it looks alight. It had dirt nips all in it and countless drip marks. They said it would all be fixed by the time I was back ab a week later. So Im send home again without my car :) Few days after that: Im told its actually ready this time. I come in and see it. They had just washed it and guys when I tell u there was swirls all in my paint I mean it. They had also killed my battery. And got my intake all wet. They tried to hide from me that my car battery had tired till Brandon accidentally slipped when I turned my car off. So I had to now buy a new one. Also there was still plenty of dirt nips left and drip marks:) I took it home because I needed a car. I also didnt inspect my skirts much till I was home.( -Im running out of space now)I went to get my skirts fixed and they were barely again but I took em.I want money back!

Brandon, you only strive to find ways to not make things right. Again you would have called me if you were truly trying to make it right, but this time I called you. Aggressive in tone, absolutely, I got ripped off man and to make it right you hang up on me. The bed of my truck is absolute trash man. if anyone is wondering what this is about please look for the one star ********READ AND HEED***** REVIEW To the "Owner" since I can not reply to your reply on my post. I appreciate your belated attempt to rectify the multitude of issues I encountered with my recent experience at Maaco. However, I must express my profound disappointment in the timing and nature of your response. It is disheartening that it took the public exposure of my grievances through a review for you to demonstrate any willingness to address them. Let me reiterate the details of my experience for clarity. I entrusted Maaco with the task of providing my 95 Silverado with what I believed would be the best paint job available for the price discussed, inclusive of specific requests such as door jamb painting and the removal of hail damage from the hood and roof. Regrettably, upon inspection in daylight, it became evident that the execution of these tasks fell significantly short of expectations. To summarize the issues: The hood exhibited satisfactory results, but the hail damage on the roof remained untouched. Brand new components, including the rear bumper and front grill, were marred by unacceptable overspray and smudges that could not be removed. The presence of primer drops on the new wheels was inexplicable and unsightly. Despite assurances to the contrary, traces of the previous color were still visible in the wheel wells and around the gas cap door. The spray-in bed liner, which I was advised to wait 90 days to cure, proved disappointingly thin and susceptible to damage. A mere 25 lb printer left visible scratches, exposing the underlying green paint. When I attempted to address these issues with Brandon and a member of your team named "Brick Wall," the response was dismissive and unsatisfactory. Rather than acknowledging the lapses in quality or attempting to rectify them in good faith, I was met with incredulity and a suggestion to incur further costs for remedial work. This egregious display of indifference towards honoring your commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. Your apparent disregard for the integrity of your work, as well as the integrity of your relationship with customers, is deeply concerning. I must assert that your failure to fulfill your obligations has irreparably damaged any semblance of trust or confidence I may have had in Maaco. Furthermore, your attempt to levy additional charges for issues that should have been addressed under warranty only serves to compound the disrespect shown to me as a paying customer. In light of the above, I must respectfully decline your invitation to "make it right" through a private conversation. The opportunity to salvage this relationship was squandered when my concerns were summarily dismissed in person. It is abundantly clear that your priority lies not in rectifying mistakes or ensuring customer satisfaction but in mitigating public backlash. I implore you to reflect on the broader implications of your actions and the lasting repercussions they may have on your reputation and business. I sincerely hope that this exchange serves as a catalyst for introspection and meaningful change within your organization. Yours sincerely, J!
