Intuitive Wellness with Krysta

You are in for an absolute spoiling with Krysta! She is a genuine, kind soul who truly cares about your needs, is in tune with your body's needs and treats you accordingly. I have been going to Krysta for 8 months for Prenatal massages, and I truly believe she is a huge contributing factor to having a pain-free, comfortable pregnancy. She provides you with a wonderful, calming, comfortable, holistic experience - not just an in and out massage. I also did a private Prenatal Yoga session with Krysta, where she helped me make adjustments in my practice to continue practicing safely and comfortably. She has also done Lymphatic Drainage on me with lovely pregnancy congestion and the results were astounding compared to doing it on my own. I hope to get back under Krysta's care in life after baby to enjoy the plethora of other offerings she is skilled with. She has been an angel in my pregnancy journey, and I hope other mama's have the privilege of being spoiled by Krysta's compassionate care!

I see Krysta for massage regularly and have done a few of her add ons to my service's like reflexology,gua sha and body scrubs! She is so professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend her and can't wait to try some of her other service's she offers!She is so professional and knowledgeable

Krysta is a gem to our community. I have received her regular and deep tissue massage, Thai massage, chakra balancing, intuitive and oracle readings, and attended her yoga classes. The chakra balancing really grounded me when I felt anxious, confused, and unsure. The intuitive and oracle readings have always been spot on and helped reassure me in some big life changing decisions I needed to make. Krysta continues learning education with all different forms of massage modalities. She practices types of massages that were used in ancient times now supported by modern science. Her massages have helped me with headaches, lower back pain, increased my flexibility, calmed my anxieties, and helped with my mind and body energy. Her yoga classes were beginner friendly which I needed but also had a more challenging option for advanced students. I highly recommend Krysta for all of her services she offers. She is kind, makes you feel comfortable, and helps bring positive energy back into busy stressful lives. Some people have gifts and are special, that's Krysta. I'm happy that Krysta is located in our New Port Richey / Trinity community!
