My Mother and I can't say enough good things about Cory. From beginning to end he was stellar in all facets of selling Mom's house. Took care of everything, reduced stress by a lot! Cory tended to every question, concern, and issue we had during the selling process -- he was instrumental in reducing the levels of stress and was a master of keeping track of all tasks required to complete the deal. We entrusted him with everything and he handled it all while keeping us fully informed during all stages of the sale from start to finish -- his checking in with us via phone calls and text messages kept us on track so we didn't miss a thing. His recommendations prior to putting our home on the market in terms of what improvements and what staging would help it sell were spot on: not only did we end up under contract in less than 48 hours, his price estimate hit the mark exactly. Cory filled in all the intimidating unknowns for us that would have made the selling process excessively stressful and for that we are really grateful!
