I have a tri-plex that I have NJS manage for me, for about a full year now. Switched over from another property manager. Should have done it years earlier! I couldn't be happier. They are super responsive; on top of things; have excellent communication; seem to take the right tone when dealing with tenants, maintaining great relationships while still keeping it professional. I had an attic inspection guy come by for 2 hours and they were able to meet him early in the AM, interface with the tenant for access, and graciously stood by while he was doing his thing. I really appreciate that. Accounting is on time, and clear to understand. But best of all, the staff - Jason, Jennifer, Carissa and everyone I have dealt with are friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier!

Really great people. Had a small issue when moving into a property. I was so use to our old rental property where nothing got fixed. I was actually able to fix issue on my own, but njs was ready to above and beyond to fix. Just to summarize great people, great service, great price and overall great experience. If your looking to rent give them a call ask for Carrisa she is such a wonderful lady.
