I dealt with a man named Hemi who sold me my car, and I knew there were some issues but he promised he would fix it when I purchased it. The AC, and some cosmetic work needed to be done. Hemi was great, and out of nowhere a man named Chris begun helping me and this is where things went down hill. My AC was never fixed, and my brakes were bad so I came back in to get it fixed by Chris. Whoever he had working on my car didn’t properly tighten screws underneath the hood making my belt fly off and bursting my radiator. I called back to get my car fixed again, but Chris ignored my week straight of calls. I ended up having to go through another mechanic who did an amazing job underneath the hood, and managed to fix all but the AC, but only because I told him not to because I was promised a new AC compressor for my car at the time of purchase. Long story short, Chris is a manipulative man that will say what you want to hear in order to get his money. The work is not quality, and everything was very unorganized. To this day my cars AC is broken, and I hope nobody gets screwed by these incomptetant “mechanics” who don’t care about their client, just the money in their pockets.
