Worst experience in my life had a car loan with them had a heart attack told them Ill be making a payment late they said ok they take your late payments and put into a saving account not towards the loan then tell you car for repo to bring them the car or more charges will apply they refunded the last 2 payments and auction the car so you have to pay difference they dont give you any notices no form of late fee just they opened an acount in my name i didnt know about they didnt apply my payment to car loan and try to make it out like its all your fault bad customer service bad business practices identity theft and fraud

I've been lied to 3 times in a just over a week. As they say, 3 strikes you are out. I'll take my little checking and saving elsewhere.
