Hotel was extremely nice, clean and location was great. Lady working desk the during checkout next morning was extremely rude when I inquired about a later checkout. Don't promote Platium rewards benefits if the establishment is going to be rude about the customer asking to extend 30 minutes. If you wanted to be treated like a number and not a person stay at this hotel.

This hotel stuck out and left a good impression with me and not because the rooms was nice but because the staff at the counter was very helpful and courteous. They accommodated all our needs and my friends too. Like I said before, the rooms where good and clean so you really don't have to worry that. I know it's a little pricey but you pay for what you get I paid for a nice relaxing experience there.
