Great customer service and ok for the price but stay away from customer service Julianne Nearby activities: I75.

The room initially is ok, and then after getting in a looking there's a lot of issues with it. It was pained at some point, and paint got over the light fixtures and other furniture. A can of primer was left in the window of the room. The floor was stained with an unknown substance, both the main room and the bathroom. The toilet and shower were disgusting. We didn't use the shower at all because of it.

Booked a hotel for my parents using my card, hotel did not want to accept reservation for them even after showing the itinerary confirmation due to their names not being on the confirmation. Called and got hanged up on twice.

If I could give a zero I would. Room smelled terrible, it was also very dirty. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom and carpets were filthy. I asked if we could get a different room due to the conditions and they refused to change my room which I was upset about. I also asked for a room spray due to the bad odor and the front desk associate was super disrespectful and started rolling her eyes. She gave me an empty bottle of room spray and her response was for me to go somewhere else when I mentioned that the bottle of spray was empty. There were no rooms available around that area and given that Im coming from out of state I had no choice but to stay in that dirty hotel. Believe the bad reviews because this place sucks. Manager dismissed my concerns and called me a liar when I mentioned my concerns. The housekeepers were the only polite people here and the housekeepers were only cleaning vacant rooms and during my 5 day stay nobody came to clean the room.
