I really like this hotel The first night we had a situation with the room around 2 AM. The front desk clerk handled the situation and gave us a new room immediately on top of that. They refund me my money for my two nights stay impressed with that. Breakfast is awesome. You have quite a few things to choose from the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The rooms are clean and everything worked fine.

Front desk clerk (man 3/30/2024 1745hrs) was not real forthcoming, I was not sure how many beds I was getting. And I had to ask all the questions. Most of the time, they will tell you about wifi and breakfast etc... The room was clean, and a sign in the room said all rooms were "Smoke Free". Well not this one, smelled of cigarettes and weed.

Ive stayed here twice the first time was great however the second time was absolutely horrible. I called to see if there was rooms available the lady I spoke to said yes we get there and a very nice gentleman checked us in however he FAILED to mention the water didnt work. We came late tired being on the road all day and with a toddler. I called downstairs and thats when the guy told us the water didnt work and I said this shouldve been mentioned to us when we checked in and he apologized and said it should be up around 4 am. We were pissed and had to go to bed that night w/o a shower. The sheets stank bad, the room smelled terrible. Next morning we woke up the water still didnt work so we had to use our water bottles then finally after an hour the water turned on. We all got a quick shower and went downstairs and I told the lady at the front we wanted a refund I was not rude at all but she responded very nasty and unprofessional let me also add her boss was in the office hearing the entire thing and just let it happen. She rudely asked if booked the reservation as she called everyone that did and I stated no but I DID call and not once did anyone mention the water issue. She kept cutting me off then went to the back to speak w/ the manager who came back and offered a $30 refund??? Are you kidding me then made it seem like it was our fault as there was pieces of paper printed like maam thats your job to inform guests that your water doesnt work. Completely unacceptable especially while we have a child !!!! Both of them were complete a holes!! Do not book here unless you want horrible customer service and racist treatment.

This hotel has been great for family of 6 to sleep. Its large and plenty of room to be comfortable in! Sleeps well and stays cool.
