Odd rooms. Front desk person was cold, cranky. Very noisy due to traffic outside.

Very quaint little spot. Boutique is perhaps a generous term here. About what youd expect from a roadside motel. Seems like its been there a long time and had several makeovers. The shower was great (although set up for very short people - my tall husband said that it was installed by a leprechaun). Also no electric outlet for shaving or hair dryer (supplied) in the bathroom- its that vintage. There was no sign of coffee anywhere although there was a snack basket on top of the microwave with chips and granola bars. Great little fridge and freezer that worked better than most. Bed was ok. A bit noisy on the side of the small highway there - we left the bathroom fan running all night and it mitigated the traffic noise nicely.

Rooms were cozy, clean and affordable. Came with water and snacks. Quiet premises, located close to lots of restaurants, the river, and downtown. Quaint decorations, and the staff, Mike and Charlie are friendly and accommodating. There is also coffee and breakfast sweets in the office.

Rooms: Very clean, bed was comfortable, and there were provided snacks and water in the room. Safety: Felt like a safe place.
