Mr H
as someone who works for a dealership that partners with this credit union...why would your staff members tell customers that the dealership is just out to get your money and dont let them pull your credit? very conflicting to hear that while in the lobby putting money into your establishment. Im tempted to take my money elsewhere

Today, I visited the Florida Credit Union office located at 2424 SW 17th Road, Ocala, FL. I have visited this office about 3 times a year for the last 15 years. Although I had to wait a few minutes for help, which is usual, today I had the best experience ever. The Member Service Representative was Stormie Daugherty. She was very kind, gave me all the information I needed about different topics precisely and effectively, and helped me do a couple of errands at the bank very fast. Thanks for your help, Stormie. Congratulations FCU for having such an awesome person working there and for improving the services.

Katia Stevens is such an amazing, professional, kind, and very sweet person. I always look forward to seeing her anytime I visit the bank. She makes my visit smooth and easy. Ask for her you won't disappoint. You deserve a raise for sure. Thank again for always helping me.
