My first post had nothing to do with the service dept. Or body shop. They did first and friendly job with my estimate. My Problem here lies with the sales Dept. Just saying

At least they smile while they are lying to your face and stealing from you. Took in my prius for a problem with my brake system that was covered by warranty, I took the car in on a Monday, they told me that a loose gas cap caused the ABS and traction control lights to come on, I told them that you could hear the brake booster come on ever few seconds and that I was pretty sure that the problem was not the gas cap, I paid the dx fee and took the car home, the next day as soon as I got in the car all the lights were back on, this time I took it in and suddenly it was the brake system that was causing the problem, after leaving the car for a couple of days they called and told me it was ready fixed under warranty, I asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee was was taken to speak with Joseph Cabrera, was told that he would look into it and get back with me, the next day was a Friday and I received a TXT saying he was waiting to hear about it and he would be in touch, I have responded to the txt as well as placed calls and sent an Email, It is now almost 2 weeks and still no contact. My first experience with Deluca will be my Last. Covid has brought back the uncaring nature of the car dealership. So sad because I like my Toyota but the dealership is awful. Never again
