I very much appreciate having the HQOL group this time of year. Theyre really on top of things, plain and simple. I admittedly tend to submit my tax documents to them later than I should, but they continuously deliver for me without a hitch year after year. But its more than just the quality of their work, its the personal touch they add. Theyre always the first card I receive around the holidays (once again on top of things lol) which makes me feel valued as one of their customers too.
