I was locked out of my Verizon account that was created at that location for months, no one could fix it, even after I went there several times. Due to not having access to my account I couldnt enroll in autopay and it charged me a late fee of $45, so my phone bill was $140 that month; the plan is expensive and the service is $hit for the cost. I switched to T-Mobile I pay $95 (basically matching Verizons monthly plan without the late fee) the service is decent with the price.

Came into this location and received excellent customer service. They helped me switch to Verizon, were very clear about everything and helped me save money along with getting me into a new phone with a great promotion.
