I just looked for a package that I bought online, and the girl was upset because I spoke in Spanish, her attention was terrible, and she was not kind to me at all, and it seems super strange to me because Walgreens is characterized by its excellent customer service,

They have been filling my prescription for months now without any problems. Very nice customer service and never a long wait. Until last month the pharmacist said that I need to look for another pharmacy to fill soon because I'm out of the 15 mile range?? Never had an issue, But they are filling for a few other customers that are out of range. I have a very serious health condition and many issues with chronic back pain. I'm not able to run around and look for another pharmacy. They won't tell you over the phone and who has gas to travel all over to different Walgreen's. I've tried before an had no luck. It's hard getting in and out walking in to only get a no I'm sorry. So I finelly was referred to them an started filling with them. I've been with Walgreen's for many years!! I take care of my husband and it's very hard without my medicine. Now I'm going to have to worry about next month if they will help me look for another pharmacy or continue to fill my scripts. I pray they do, I've had bad aniexty over this all month long and it's not good for my health. Not sure if this is a new pharmacist. The other one was pregnant and they both are very nice and helpful, But I need This to be settled. God Bless pharmacy location is Central Florida parkway and John young!!
