Ive always been impressed with this Home Depot but today was extra amazing. I want to give a much deserved shout out to Sebastian in customer service and Alex who helped load our order today (April 6th). Both of these guys went well above and beyond and Im extremely thankful for their help.

The person who was at costumer Services and returns on April 6 at approximately 6:30 is a racist He told me 3 times that he couldn't help me because I didn't speak English well. I wanted to buy a set of 6 pieces. A man told me go pay it because it is the last one left. When I went to ask what the process was to take it, the woman said I don't speak Spanish. He treated me quite badly. Someone else had to come because I told them to call my manager. I told him 10 times that it was paid, I just wanted to take it and he said he couldn't. When someone told him if he could take it he told me go pay for it. I mean, she never checked the invoice that I gave her in her hands. More attention to the people they put in the costumer service
