        Emily went above and beyond to help us with our transition to T-Mobile. She patiently led us through the process of transferring our phones and setting up our WiFi. When there was a problem on our former carrier's side transferring one of the numbers, she got on the phone on her day off and fixed it. The world needs more Emilys. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. We couldn't be happier with the service.

        I Jamil brown financed a phone from this t mobile that had serious issues right out the box internet barely works can't down load apps and it's a red dot in bottom left of the screen went in for a replacement in they first told me that the time to exchange phone was up then they tell me that can't replace phone because I never got the phone from a t mobile store but how can I have a copy of the contract I signed to finance phone from t mobile and they tell me I never got the phone from t mobile store then how do I owe y'all?? I file a complaint with BBB and I'm also filing a personal lawsuit against t mobile and this store not only do I want a replacement but I want to be paid for appointment I missed
