The staff are friendly and the location is clean. I've been with this dental provider a lot of years. It is funny that they are very sensitive to criticism. I explained multiple times about issues about setting random appointments, HIPAA Compliance, and having wrong information in my chart. I guess they didn't appreciate what I said about myself working in the medical field and they were lacking in this area of compliance. I guess they are too focus on making money and not following protocols. They just send me a letter saying they are no longer going serve me. I actually told them I am no longer going with them anymore and they had the audacity to sent me a letter. SMH Taking criticism from patient is important to make a business successful. There those patient that are really terrible and all you have a lot of patience, but some needs to be remove automatically. I am glad I am no longer with them. They are very disorganized lately.
