Good place . Spend less than an hour.( just make sure you have an appointment). There's just one problem: stupid people who don't even understand why they came.

The people they have working on the outside checking documents are just rude and disrespectful,no customer service whatsoever

As I can see tons of horrible reviews are not helping to improve service. Shame. My story: I booked here an appointment a month ago and after waiting in a line was told to bring some more documents. To my question how can I get them as Ive brought everything I have the answer you gotta figure out on your own girl!! was just the beginning. Did I came here to be screamed at? Disrespected? Girl? Im not your buddy or dude, Im in a state institution! I came in search of help, advise but got none. Name of the passive aggressive unprofessional employee is Laryssa (? Not sure), she had a faded badge but was impossible to read her name on it. I tried to ask her please navigate me which else documents will you accept . But the answer was waving hands towards me pointing to leave, Im blocking her way (I stayed where staff told me to be in line) and I need to move myself outta here, Im listening to you but you MY YOUNG LADY not listening to ME!! - getting up and start walking towards me so I move as she walks and trying to step on me Gosh. I dont remember when I even saw that dramatic rudeness and threatening even in movies. I will renew my ID in another DMV as all Ive heard today, all pointing fingers, attitude Im gueen here - youre garbage , move outta way. Btw another staff like security and the other lady answered my questions and advised to get a statement from bank but its an actual advice that explains and helps! Yes, I speak English fluent, with accent, yes Im not aware of all details of this process in US but Im just asking questions to do it right. Very rude, gaslighting, and radical but when its her girl friend came - hugs kisses laughing so loudly (is it appropriate?) and doesnt matter whole line is waiting No one allows you to ask for supervisor/manager here!!! They dont have or dont want you to say something to management! Shame that no one actually from administration/board/county reads these google reviews and educate arrogant staff or replace them - there so many educated people out there looking for jobs, who will be ready to take this position instead of that attitude-pointing fingers-lady. P.S. saw this rude ladys picture on the wall above everyone.. everything more that clear now:) the more power you have - finish the phrase
