Employees on this location do whatever they want, despite schedule online indicate hours operation until 6 pm, lazy people like Sandy, only wants to work until 5:30, maybe they have an additional tip to do his job, Sandy -don't know if Sandy tell us his real name- who was working on main entrance at 5:28 pm on Friday 6/16 does not allow to our VAN to dump anything because according to him they are already closed, because system stop to work after 5:30. Embarrassing, service in USA every day is worst and employees as Sandy should not have any contact with customers, they are the worst expression of work ethical, people like Sandy believes the do a favor to customer like us, they believe the do a favor to their companies. We are tired of dealing with people like Sandy, and unfortunately it seems nobody cares, this is the beginning of the end of USA world leadership, it is over, with people like Sandy there is no future, only chaos, only mediocrity, only nothing.
