I have been living here at the Flagler Pointe Apartments for around a week and a half now. When I say it has been amazing so far, I mean it! Drew was my leasing agent and has been phenomenal thus far! I had a small issue with an odor in my apartment, however, it did not last long because maintenance did whatever they could to resolve the issue in less than 3 hours. Jennifer O. has also been a phenomenal staff member when it comes to answering the phone and resolving issues ASAP. Mr. Frazier has always been so nice in the leasing office, I cannot complain! I have put 4 stars instead of five because of the odor that was in my apartment, however, maintenance took care of the issue ASAP. Safe environment and I love it here!

Let me start off by being thankful I only live on this property part time while I'm in town for work . If you have other choices to live , live there . There's a good reason this property only has a 2.5 start rating . I will also say I've worked property management and will say their maintenance staff is sub par . Office staff I can not say anything against . If the turn over of my unit is ANY indication of what they turn into the client , is disgusting. Dishwasher disgusting , microwave does not fully function . Kitchen floor HAD A HOLE IN IT !, cabinet doors falling and not adjusted, carpet was barely cleaned and was so worn you could still see the path the previous tenets used , carpet has holes in it also , should have been replaced . Stains on the walls that someone tried apparently spraying killz over to cover it but , didn't bother protecting the carpet . Paint work is super sloppy . Balcony was dirty and mildewy. Should have been cleaned . I opened a services request to have a few things corrected . One of which being fixing the floor of the kitchen . Their contractor left food packaging on my balcony and damaged the screen door . Another request to fix the plumbing in the kitchen . Cold is hot and hot is cold . Didn't Eben touch it called it closed . Reopened the request and now has been 8 days and no response from their team . Like I said in the beginning. If you have other choices, live there . I wish I could post pictures here to back all of what I'm saying

I had family members who lived in these apartments for 2 years. The place is infested with termites. They brought this to the attention of the office staff on at least one occasion but they clearly did not really care because nothing ever came of it. They moved out a few months ago because they were told what the new rent amount was going to be and almost fainted. These apartments are not well kept and are definitely not worth more than *maybe* $900 a month and that's stretching it. They need to get rid of the termites.

I moved from Puerto Rico 3 months ago, been living in a relatives house along with my husband. Weve been searching for a place for ourselves so we could have some privacy. We have searched dozens of apartments close to work and everything was really expensive and really small, so we searched in St Peter and found this I called and Drew Hammond answered, absolutely professional and straightforward. Promptly scheduled a tour and today was the day, he gave us 110% of the info we needed. Gave us all the options from the most affordable to the luxury apartment. In a couple of hours we were approved and we are excited to be in our new home this next week Again a million thanks to Drew Hammond for going above and beyond.
